Maura Keller will attend the John Lewis Freedom Day Wreath Laying Ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia. This event is hosted by The Good Trouble Foundation in collaboration with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. (State of Georgia).
When Maura is elected to Congress, she intends to support the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. She understands the importance of his legacy, especially in Georgia, and will do everything she can to protect access to the ballot box for ALL Americans. Georgia’s Republican State Legislature is consistently trying to block equal access to voting, and Maura believes we should have federal protections for our most sacred right. She believes that Election Day should be a federal holiday so that everyone has time to vote.
