The Maura Keller campaign is seeking interns to support our campaign. These are volunteer positions that will ideally commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week. No experience needed, necessary training will be provided. The role will include a variety of tasks, such as: general admin, attending local events, phone/text banking, canvassing, training new volunteers, delivering yard signs, assisting the candidate and campaign staff as needed. These are flexible positions, and your day to day tasks will vary depending on where we are needing help within the campaign. We are happy to work with you to assign tasks suited to your skillset, and to help you develop new skills as a grassroots political organizer!

Applicants will be comfortable in a fast paced environment, have good people skills, and will enjoy working as part of a team. All campaign interns will receive a letter of recommendation from the Maura Keller campaign to use for future job/school applications.

Alex Waterson | Communications Director

Alex Waterson is a digital marketer based out of Peachtree City, GA who specializes in web, social, and email content creation. She is a Director of Communications for the Help Elect Maura Keller campaign and also serves as Co-Chair of Communications for the Fayette County Democratic Committee. Originally from the UK, she has an MA in Creative Writing from Northumbria University and a chocolate lab named Winston.
