Brian Jack Takes Money From Pro AI PACs And Local Data Center Developers

Over the course of his re-election campaign, my opponent received direct contributions from major Data Center developers and owners. Additionally, he accepted contributions from multiple new political organizations formed in 2026 to support Congressional candidates who promote tax breaks for big-tech real estate companies. Unfortunately for the people of our District, he is one of those Congressmen.

No Town Halls

Whether his legislative decisions were motivated by furthering business relations or securing future political contributions, only he knows. But the people of our District know he hasn't held a single town hall over the past 2 years. He promised 15.

Voters even put together a Town Hall themselves in Newnan, but he didn't show up. Some of them have wanted to ask about the large Data Center tax breaks and deregulation that he voted for in Congress.

No comment, no questions, and no contact with the public allowed. And that's with well over 300 vacation days to choose from on his $174,000 a year salary.

THE RECEIPTS

As a 26 year US Army veteran and retired Lt. Col, I back up what I say. Because of that, I wanted to lay out specific evidence to support my statements above.

  1. QTS FAYETTEVILLE | Steve Schwarzman, owner of Blackstone—the private equity firm that owns QTS and recently opened ground on an expansion of their flagship Fayetteville mega-campus—is a big contributor to Brian Jack’s re-election campaign. Schwarzman happens to be the world's largest private owner of Data Centers.

In 2025, QTS Fayetteville accidentally tapped into municipal water pipes and siphoned 29 million gallons of city water out of a neighboring subdivision. QTS tried to make the issue go away quietly without paying a fine, but only when individual residents started complaining did it break into the national news like this Politico article.

This became a giant controversy in Fayette County where Jack and I both reside, and you better believe I've been talking publicly about how little guardrails our local community has against this multi-billion dollar mega-campus. So far, zero from Jack. He's said nothing about it.

Jack's vote for rural tax breaks directly increases QTS's bottom line. His silence on their flagship Hyperscale mega-campus siphoning tens of millions of gallons of local water keeps them out of the spotlight. You choose where his priorities lie.

  2. Project SAIL | A Vice President of Prologis, as well as other prominent employees, donated thousands to Brian Jack over the past two years. Prologis is the official developer of Project Sail, one of the most controversial Data Center projects in the State.

Newnan is full of Jack's own voters and over ten thousand recently successfully banded together demanding a reversal of rural conservation rezoning for Project Sail's new hyperscale mega-campus. I've spoken to hundreds of those voters at multiple Project Sail public hearings since 2025. A lot of former Jack voters promised me their vote in the parking lots of downtown Newnan.

I stand by community rights. If enough people gather together to say don’t give away our land, giant companies shouldn't be able to pressure small time and purchase big time politicians to get their way.

  3. Vantage Data Centers | Unfortunately, there's a third. Brian Jack took money from individuals within lobbying firm Cornerstone, which works for Vantage Data Centers. Vantage is building yet another controversial project in Douglas County, the Northwest Corner of our District.

This isn't the only time Jack has taken lobbying money to possibly influence his actions in Washington, as he received tens of thousands of dollars from health insurance companies like AFLAC. Jack sponsored a lucrative supplemental insurance bill for military dependents that directly benefited AFLAC, who happened to lobby extensively for this particular bill. I'm getting pretty tired of politicians using military healthcare to pad their bank accounts and reward their donors.

  4. Big Tech Money | And lastly, the brand new pro Data Center organizations that formed to fight candidates that stand with the communities suffering from Data Centers like myself. Two prominent 2026 PACs with 9 figures to spend this election are Leading the Future and Fairshake, who are spending big to re-write Jack’s story to voters across the District.

Leading the Future: Pro-AI infrastructure PAC that spends large on 2026 Congressional candidates to support tax breaks for increased rural Data Center development.

Fairshake: “We look forward to continuing to build on the largest pro-crypto caucus in American history.” Fairshake is spending millions on races all across the country, with mailers from their Defending American Jobs Super PAC showing up in thousands of District 3 homes. I can’t compete with his money, but my grassroots campaign is trying everything we can to spread the word.

I attended the Coweta County Commissioners meeting that voted down controversial Project Oak. (August, 2026)

WHY I CARE

I’ve spent my campaign advocating for local rights when it comes to speculative Data Center construction. I believe there are legitimate issues regarding utility pricing, water usage, environmental impact, carbon footprint, noise pollution, sewer capacity, mental health impact, long-term physical health impact, and much more, which is why I support a temporary halt on new development while we wait for more information to come to Congress.

The people of Georgia’s 3rd, when I speak to them, tell me what they think about big tech buying away their community. I know exactly how many frustrated residents stand in line on hot Georgia days so they can be early to sign up for public comments. I know exactly how Jack’s voters feel when they tell me about Dear constituents letters they’ve received when begging for help for weeks and months on end.

I care about this issue because the people care about this issue, and I’m running to serve you.
