FAYETTEVILLE, GA — Maura Keller and VoteNexus published results of a recent candidate survey conducted in Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District. Link to Public Release Memorandum.
Survey Overview: The survey finds Brian Jack leading Maura Keller by 5 points on the U.S. House ballot, a margin within the survey's margin of error. Keller ties for the highest share of any Democratic candidate tested, and Democratic support varies by 6 points from one race to the next among the same respondents. The Public Service Commission District 3 race is tied, and a majority of likely voters say the country is on the wrong track.
House results: Jack receives 50% and Keller receives 45%, with 5% undecided. The 5-point margin falls within the survey's margin of error of ±5.6 percentage points.
Statewide results: Republican Rick Jackson leads Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms 51% to 45% for governor. In Public Service Commission District 3, Fitz Johnson and Peter Hubbard are tied at 43%, and 14% of respondents are undecided, the largest undecided share of any race tested. In District 5, Josh Tolbert leads Shelia Edwards 45% to 39%.
Methodology: VoteNexus, Inc. conducted a survey of 301 likely voters in Georgia's 3rd Congressional District from October 2 to 7, 2026. Respondents were randomly selected and completed the survey online after receiving a unique link by text message. Results are unweighted. The reported margin of error is ±5.6 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. Candidate order was randomized, and ballot results include respondents who lean toward a candidate. Percentages may not total 100% because of rounding. This survey was commissioned by Maura Keller for Congress.
